WHAT KIND OF MUSIC DO I USUALLY PLAY AT EVENTS?
I know thousands of songs. More often than not at events I concentrate on the "Great American Songbook", which includes the kind of songs you've heard Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Ella Fitzgerald, Buble, Connick, Louis Armstrong, etc. perform. Gershwin, Cole Porter, Broadway show tunes, lots of old rock 'n' roll, Beatles, James Taylor, Carol King, some classical (often jazzed-up a bit), and stray songs from Scott Joplin to Charlie Brown and pop songs from all decades. I'm always happy to take requests.
